tests: reorganize directories layout This commit reorganizes the testing directory layout. The idea is to have more consistency with the names of scenario and their corresponding path, eg: non-container vs. container: each scenario has a subdirectory for container deployment. We now need to set the mon_allow_pool_size_one flag to true in the ceph configuration and add the --yes-i-really-mean-it flag to the osd pool set size cli.
