Cleanup readme files in roles directories The contents of the README files are no longer up to date. Documentation for all roles is located below the docs directory.

# Ansible role: ceph-mgr
mgr: add new role for ceph-mgr The Ceph Manager daemon (ceph-mgr) runs alongside monitor daemons, to provide additional monitoring and interfaces to external monitoring and management systems.
