Markos Chandras 849786967a ceph-common: Add initial support for openSUSE Leap distributions
openSUSE Leap 42.3 provides support for Ceph Luminous in both the
distribution package and the latest available version in the OBS
repository so add these as the only available installation methods for
openSUSE.

Sébastien Han d2359c1445 wip: galaxy roles dependencies
in order to have a build on the galaxy we need to have a proper
dependency set for ceph-common. On the galaxy ceph-common does not
exist, only ceph.ceph-common is available.

Matt Thompson b12d3374e4 Define dependencies in ceph-common's meta/main.yml
I'm currently getting a KeyError due to missing 'dependencies' on this
role when I attempt to install it with ansible-galaxy (ansible 1.9.2).
This commit simply defines an empty dependencies list so that
ansible-galaxy executes correctly.
