Guillaume Abrioux 20583e83dd containers: introduce target systemd unit 
This adds ceph-*.target systemd unit files support for containerized
deployments.
This also fixes a regression introduced by PR #6719 (rgw and nfs systemd
units not getting purged)

Guillaume Abrioux 9a79ed1bf0 rgw: refact tasks directory layout 
This commit moves containerized deployment related files to `./tasks/`
directory. This is needed to make `docker-to-podman.yml` working since
we use `tasks_from:` option.
