Alex Schultz 56aac327dd Use ansible_facts
It has come to our attention that using ansible_* vars that are
populated with INJECT_FACTS_AS_VARS=True is not very performant. In
order to be able to support setting that to off, we need to update the
references to use ansible_facts[<thing>] instead of ansible_<thing>.

Guillaume Abrioux 39649f0ce8 common: ensure shaman returns right repo
Due to recent changes in shaman, there's a chance it returns the wrong
repository from architecture point of view.
We can query shaman and ask for the correct architecture to get around
this.

Dimitri Savineau 3592ba1d61 ceph-common: remove copr and sepia repositories
All EL8 dependencies are now present on EPEL 8 so we don't need the
additional repositories that were only a temporary solution.

Dimitri Savineau 2547ab601a Readd CentOS 7 with conditions
The CentOS 7 distribution could still be used be deploying ceph if
  - it's a containerized deployment
  - it's a non containerized deployment without the dashboard (due to
missing python3 libraries).

The ceph_stable_redhat_distro variable has been remove because we can
rely on the ansible_distribution_major_version fact instead.

The copr el8 repository configuration is only applied for CentOS 8.

The ceph-mgr-dashboard package is only installed when the
dashboard_enabled variable is set to true.

Guillaume Abrioux 217d95abb2 common: add centos8 support
Ceph octopus only supports CentOS 8.

This commit adds CentOS 8 support:
  - update vagrant image in tox configurations.
  - add CentOS 8 repository for el8 dependencies.
  - CentOS 8 container engine is podman (same than RHEL 8).
  - don't use the epel mirror on sepia because it's epel7 only.

Dimitri Savineau 65089a7fc3 ceph-common: remove ceph_stable repo on dev
When upgrading from stable to devel release with redhat community
packages, the rpm packages are not updated due to priority introduced
via a7b1e35 (starting nautilus).
We need to remove the ceph stable repositories when configuring the
dev repositories.

Sébastien Han ae2fd45994 common: refactor installation method
The installation process is now described as follow:

* you still have to choose a 'ceph_origin' installation method. The
origin can be a 'repository' (add a new repository), distro (it will use
the packages provided by the native repo source of your distribution),
local (only available on redhat system, it installs locally built
packages). This option is not well tested, so use it carefully

* if ceph_origin == 'repository' you will have to decide what kind of
repository you want to enable:
  - community: corresponds to the stable upstream/community version
  - enterprise: corresponds to the stable enterprise/downstream version
(basically you are a red hat customer)
  - dev: it will install ceph from packages built out of the github
    development branches
