Alex Schultz a7f2fa73e6 Use ansible_facts 
It has come to our attention that using ansible_* vars that are
populated with INJECT_FACTS_AS_VARS=True is not very performant.  In
order to be able to support setting that to off, we need to update the
references to use ansible_facts[<thing>] instead of ansible_<thing>.

Guillaume Abrioux a8d76d72d7 dashboard: use fqdn url for active alert 
When using the shortname, the URL for active alert launches with short
hostname and fails to connect to the server.

This commit changes the template in order to use the fqdn.
