Matthew Vernon d449d15d4d ceph-osd: add prepare_osd tag to lvm-batch scenario ... Sometimes it's useful to be able to skip the OSD creation step when running ceph-ansible (cf #1777). The lvm scenario has a prepare_osd tag on the relevant play. This commit adds the same tag to the lvm-batch scenario.
