Dimitri Savineau 0be4c5116d Revert "osd: add 'osd blacklist' cap for osp keyrings" ... This reverts commit 2d955757ee. The "osd blacklist" isn't an osd caps but should be used with mon caps. Also the correct caps for this is: 'allow command "osd blacklist"'. The current change is breaking the openstack and clients keyrings. By using the profile rbd (which is already used) we already rely on the ability to blacklist dead client.
