Guillaume Abrioux 14d2d08340 Docker-common: Make `fsid` available for all roles. 
Move condition at task level and not at include level to make `fsid`
variable available for all roles.

This role contains variables and tasks common to all containerized deployments.

Nothing, it runs out of the box.

Have a look at: defaults/main.yml.
