Andrew Schoen b36f3e06b5 ceph_volume: adds the osds_per_device parameter
If this is set to anything other than the default value of 1 then the
--osds-per-device flag will be used by the batch command to define how
many osds will be created per device.

Functional tests

These playbooks aim to individually validate each Ceph component. Some of them require packages to be installed. Ideally you will run these tests from a client machine or from the Ansible server.
