Vishal Kanaujia ef5f52b1f3 Skip GPT header creation for lvm osd scenario 
The LVM lvcreate fails if the disk already has a GPT header.
We create GPT header regardless of OSD scenario. The fix is to
skip header creation for lvm scenario.
