Guillaume Abrioux 5b29144bbd tests: deploy mgr on a dedicated node (all_daemons scenario) 
let's deploy mgr on a dedicated node.
This makes update job failing on stable-4.0 branch since there's a
mismatch between the two inventories.

Functional tests

These playbooks aim to individually validate each Ceph component. Some of them require packages to be installed. Ideally you will run these tests from a client machine or from the Ansible server.
