Guillaume Abrioux 7e0adca7a4 osds: allow passing devices by path
ceph-volume didn't work when the devices where passed by path.
Since it now support it, let's allow this feature in ceph-ansible

Functional tests

These playbooks aim to individually validate each Ceph component. Some of them require packages to be installed. Ideally you will run these tests from a client machine or from the Ansible server.
