Guillaume Abrioux 59ca1065e9 rbd-mirror: enable ceph-rbd-mirror.target 
on jewel `ceph-rbd-mirror.target` isn't enabled, therefore, if the node
is rebooted, the service doesn't get started.

from ceph-rbd-mirror unit file:
```
[Install]
WantedBy=ceph-rbd-mirror.target
```

Ansible role: Ceph RBD mirror agent

This role bootstraps the Ceph RBD mirror agent.

Requirements

Nothing, it runs out of the box.

Role variables

Have a look at: defaults/main.yml.

Mandatory variables

None.

Dependencies

The role ceph.ceph-common must be installed.

Example Playbook

- hosts: servers
  remote_user: ubuntu
  roles:
     - { role: ceph.ceph-rbd-mirror }
