Guillaume Abrioux 78f85e6e84 rbd-mirror: follow up on recent rbd-mirror refactor 
- ensure /var/lib/ceph/bootstrap-rbd-mirror exists
- always install ceph-base on rbdmirror nodes (otherwise, ceph-crash
  isn't present)
