Guillaume Abrioux 11f953a15f tests: pull images from cloud.centos.org 
temporary work around vagrant cloud issue which seems broken at the time
of pushing this commit.
Let's pull images from cloud.centos.org for now since vagrant cloud
hosted images return a 403 error.

Functional tests

These playbooks aim to individually validate each Ceph component. Some of them require packages to be installed. Ideally you will run these tests from a client machine or from the Ansible server.
