Guillaume Abrioux 8871de6d99 simplify monitor address setting
this drops the following parameters:

- monitor_address_block
- monitor_interface
- monitor_address

The monitor address will be automatically set from `public_network` parameter.

Functional tests

These playbooks aim to individually validate each Ceph component. Some of them require packages to be installed. Ideally you will run these tests from a client machine or from the Ansible server.
