Sébastien Han 641f141c0f selinux: remove chcon calls 
We know bindmount with the :z option at the end of the -v command so
this will basically run the exact same command as we used to run. So to
speak:

chcon -Rt svirt_sandbox_file_t /var/lib/ceph
