Dimitri Savineau c7d0fbbd19 tests: Add debug to ceph-override.json
It's usefull to have logs in debug mode enabled in order to have
more information for developpers.
Also reindent to json file.

Functional tests

These playbooks aim to individually validate each Ceph component. Some of them require packages to be installed. Ideally you will run these tests from a client machine or from the Ansible server.
