allow adding a RGW to already deployed cluster
Add a tox scenario that adds a new RGW node as a part of already
deployed Ceph cluster and deploys RGW there.
Fixes: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1677431
Signed-off-by: Rishabh Dave <ridave@redhat.com>
(cherry picked from commit f201222447
)
Conflicts:
tox.ini
replaced "dev" and "nautilus" during cherry-pick.
