docs: 删除多余解压参数 -z
目前 tar 自动识别解压文档格式。 `Compressed archives are recognised automatically, it is no longer necessary to specify -Z, -z, or -j options to read them. ` ref: https://www.gnu.org/software/tar/pull/525/head
